Bo Fang studied Computer Science at Harbin University of Science and Technology, China. After graduating, he worked as a telecommunications engineer for a network operator, before joining a reputable Chinese Patent Law firm and qualifying as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2011.

Bo Fang obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Patent Practice from Arizona State University in 2019 and was admitted to the US patent bar in the same year. Before joining Gulde & Partner in 2023, he spent his professional career as a Senior IP Manager for one of the world’s largest consumer electronics manufacturers. Mr. Bo Fang is specialized in US and European patent prosecution, nullity, and litigation matters.
