In the technical branch of his studies he focused on telecommunications engineering, microelectronics and semiconductor technology, while he focused on Strategic Management and Finance in the management branch. In year 2011, he finished his studies with a diploma.
Nicolas dedicated his seminar paper to a comparison of different generations of compact MOSFET models designed to simulate integrated circuits. Within the scope of his diploma thesis, he performed a detailed analysis and optimization of the research experiments and procedures at the chair of high-frequency and semiconductor system technology of the Berlin Institute of Technology.
