Arend Streit (Dipl.-Phys.)
Arend Streit studied Physics at the Universities in Tuebingen and Bremen.
In his master thesis und one of his positions as a professional, Arend Streit was occupied with control of autonomous mobile robots. He gathered further professional experience in the field of modelling of technical systems for failure analysis.
Arend Streit worked four years as scientific examiner of applications of small and medium sized enterprises for funding of technically ambitious research and development projects. The projects he examined were in the fields of control- and automation technologies, database systems, network and communication technologies and regenerative energy.
Since 2006 he acquired practical experiences with patent law in the technical fields of video and audio data coding and compression, in telecommunication and in network technologies, in particular. Between 2007 and 2012, he worked with the intellectual property & licensing department of Technicolor (formerly Thomson) where he gathered experiences in patent talks for licensing support.
In 2009 Arend Streit acquired admittance as professional representative before the European Patent Office (European Patent Attorney) und since 2012 he is working with Gulde Hengelhaupt Ziebig & Schneider.
