Wolf-Jürgen Walter (Dipl.-Chem., Dipl.-Jur.)
Wolf-Jürgen Walter holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also studied Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a specialisation in intellectual property protection. Additionally he graduated as a patent engineer from the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Technical University of Magdeburg. He has been a qualified German patent attorney since 1970 and in 1990 he also qualified as European patent attorney. From 1985 until 1991 Wolf-Jürgen Walter was Head of the Patent Department of the Central Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences. During that time he acquired particular knowledge in the fields of glass/ceramics, inorganic polymers, fluorine chemistry and bone replacement materials.
Until 2003 he was a Partner of the Felke & Walter patent attorneys' practice, where he specialised in the fields of cosmetics and organic catalysis. Wolf-Jürgen Walter joined Gulde Hengelhaupt Ziebig Schneider in 2003.
