Albrecht Rhotert

Albrecht Rhotert studied law at the University of Augsburg with specialisation in European and International Law. He pursued his traineeship (Referendariat) and took his second State Examination in Potsdam. He was called to the bar in 2001 and then joined a medium-sized patent law firm in Berlin specialised in intellectual property and copyright law. At the beginning of 2010 he joined Gulde Hengelhaupt Ziebig & Schneider.

He practice focuses on intellectual property law, in particular on trademark prosecution, opposition and litigation, as well as on domain, design and competition law.
