Paweł Błoński studied computer science at the University of Zielona Góra (Poland). In the technical branch of his studies he focused on software engineering, microelectronics and semiconductor technology.

Since 2002 Mr. Błoński has been working in the field of intellectual property rights. He has been registered as a European Patent Attorney since 2012. He joined the firm Gulde & Partner in 2019.

Beforehand, he gained international working experience in the television systems industry, in particular at an international digital television company. He has experience in working with intellectual property related to different Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) standards, ATSC standards, MPEG Video and Audio standards, as well as Audio/Video/Telecommunication patent pools.
